点评:We were due for a med cruise in July, with another couple which was booked in 2023 my husband is disabled and uses a power chair and we had booked an accessible cabin we receive from Cunard a mobility questionnaire which we duly completed and returned. Seven weeks before we are due to go Cunard informed us that there was no evacuation chair for him and had not been assigned to the accessible cabin so they were cancelling the cruise. I did inform imagine cruises and seven calls later today 23rd May imagine cruises informed us that sorry we are having to cancel your cruise, as it was their fault, but the other couple are not getting a refund my husband feels that he is being discriminated for being disabled, so we have lost money on our hotel, and car park. Please do not use this company they have no compassion. Never use them again.
