点评：My daughter bought a 2023 season pass for Timber Ridge Ski Area for $550, she never received her pass, so she called 269-694-9449 and spoke with Karen who told her she never bought a pass! My daughter gave them the confirmation number that she received from the internet, after purchase. Karen said they would have to look into it. Karen was not helpful during the process. My daughter had to keep calling to see the status. Karen kept saying Amy the General Manager would look into it. Still no response. My daughter continued to call and finally they found the transaction but by this time her and Karen had, had it with each. Karen was not helpful, rude and unprofessional threw out the process. (can't state that enough) So my daughter was done with it and asked for a refund. LOL, guess what Karen told her..... their is NO REFUND! My daughter asked where does it say their is no refund, Karen told her, it doesn't say it anywhere, that she is telling her their is no refund. Dorothy asked who she needs to speak to for a refund. Karen told her Amy the General Manager again. Well we know how that turned out trying to reach Amy from the begining of this, Amy is missing in action, once again! Karen explained that they are not open for the season yet (like 10 different times she mentioned that in the conversation) that Amy the General Manager does not keep normal 10-4 office hours. My daughter asked for Amy's direct number, Karen said she doesn't have one. Timber Ridge owner's please simply give my daughter a refund for her season pass, so we do not have to escalate this any further. If Karen and Amy could of handled this professionally this review would of never been written. First time I have EVER written a review on Trip Advisory. Family owned businesses are near and dear to my heart, sorry for the review. I spoke with Karen myself to help my daughter and I recieved the same push back with Karen.
