点评:Save yourself the time and money and go to a better resort. I bought tickets online before the season even started (Mid November), and the tickets never physically got mailed to me. I thought it would be like any normal place of business and get electronic copies, which would allow you instant access, but nah! They had the tickets as certified mail that required a signature. I work everyday and was physically unable to unable to call off work to sit at home to receive lift tickets. I finally got a chance to make it to the post office to pick them up, and the post office sent them back! I unfortunately missed my window to actually use them as I wanted to go with my son over christmas break and this just happened to be the time where they were in transit! I called their office asking nicely for a refund and they kept going on about how they had everything open. The odd part was they said oh this happens ALL the time, so obviously they know they have a serious process issue!
I told them I live over 4 hours away and things need to be planned in advance. The crazy part is I asked for them to send them back to me in the middle of January to hopefully give them away or sell them, and I have yet to get them! I spent over $120 on tickets and still don't have the tickets. I called their manager Sally who was rude and swearing at me telling me the tickets are non-fundable! Great customer service. 🤷🏼♂️
NOTE: It is 3/4/24 and I still don't have my lift tickets. They took the time to respond to my review, to defend themselves. I'll enclose my order and their adds which mention nothing about their silly ticket policies. The strange part is I've been snowboarding for over 20 years and this is the only resort that does this... It sad when the reviewer or owner of the ski Resort doesn't take personal responsibility and ownership, rather makes up random nonsense about what I said. The matter of fact is I bought two tickets, never actually got the tickets, and waited months for the physical tickets and still don't have the tickets! So here I am not even able to actually use the tickets because I don't have the tickets, which they say are in transit.
