Worst lounge and appalling management response.
No1 Lounge at Luton Airport的点评
点评：By far the worst lounge I have ever been in!
On arrival we were not able to find a seat. The lady moved a seat to”make do”. After approx 15 mins we’re were asked to move. I was mid meal and asked if we could wait till I finished. I was promptly told no and ushered to another table holding my half eaten meal.
Took ages to get a drink, food was okay (nothing fancy). No water in water dispenser, only biscuits and no selections of fruity as per previous visits.
I have complained about my experience and offered a discount on my next visit! I don’t want to spend anymore with them so why would I want a discount.
I would not recommend a visit to this lounge!
Avoid at all costs, save you money and get a bar meal.. 124 quid (3 ppl) for some potatoes, cheap fizz and a small biscuit so not the experience I had hoped.
And the customer after care is appalling- shame on you lounge 1!!
