Dissapointing visit
No1 Lounge at Luton Airport的点评
点评：I came right at opening at 4am, majority of the staff seemed like they hated their life (and their job) with quite poor attitude even if I was very friendly when asking questions. I asked if there is a dairy free milk for the coffe and was told 'no, just soy and oat' which made me very confused, I asked again, confirming that there is and was again told 'no, only soy and oat' to what I just asked if I can have the oat. The lady at the door was a bit rude too, no welcome, no hi, nothing after the door just opened, and because I didn't see any big entrance desk/reception (the check in is at this nook hidden behind the door) I was a bit confused where to go check in and while asking and making sure it's with her she already seemed annoyed. I understand it's 4am, I could be grumpy too after all the night travel to get to the airport and more travel ahead but I wasn't, trying to be as nice as possible to hospitality staff but this left quite a sour taste about my visit.
The hot food was a bit tasteless, maybe it's because you don't use salt and pepper on the food but it's available on the side (quite inconvenient, a set on each of the table clusters would be much more appreciate and helpful) but the bacon was very plain, no actual 'grilled' bacon flavour, eggs were watery and mushrooms were very plain too.
I really enjoyed the interior and set up, different type of seating areas but the main part of it all was a bit (a bit more) dissapointing. This is my second time in No1. but first time in Luton. I'm sure I'll give it another try in a different airport in the future but this visit just wasn't it. I noticed the rating on this lounge was quite low, 3.9/5, if what I experienced today is a common occurance, I understand why.

热食有点淡而无味，可能是因为食物里没有盐和胡椒，虽然可以自己拿（很不方便，如果每张桌子上都放一套就更好了）。培根很普通，没有烤培根的味道，鸡蛋水水的，蘑菇也很普通。
