点评：THE GIFT CARDS ARE FRAUD.
Do not give your money to this organization. I received gift cards to this place for Christmas.
However, what is not disclosed when purchasing these gift cards is that it is basically impossible to use them online for purchasing tubing tickets. You have to just take a chance and show up without booking and see if you get the privilege of using the money that was already spent.
I talked to 4 "customer service" agents, who are not on-site, who can only process ski lift tickets and offered no solutions AT ALL to resolve this. They said my options were - pay another way (so spend more money and just use the gift cards "for other things" once at the resort. Or they told me to just show up and use them in person. Only, if there are no tickets available, I have no recourse? They would not book or hold them for me.
Also, unless the gift card covers your entire purchase, there is no way to enter more then one online. Like a normal website created in the last 20 years, if your gift card is insufficient, you just put in another one. Nope, not here. They give you a number to call. Then you get an automated menu option, none of which is payment processing issues or tubing tickets, and then it hangs up. Agents for each of the available options cannot help with tubing tickets or these payment issues because THEY CANNOT PROCESS ANY PAYMENT ISSUES OVER THE PHONE.
There is no where on the gift card site that discloses it must be used in person. There is no customer service for payment issues. There is no customer service for tubing tickets. There is no way, from what I can tell, to even talk to someone at the physical location itself.
Looks like fraud from where I am standing.
