WORST TUBING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Snow Creek的点评
点评：I took my kid's to tube at the 11 AM tubing session (second session of the day) on President's day. They only had one lane open and were still trying to smooth/groom it. Every tuber got stuck on the way down and had to be pushed by a staff member. This resulted in a very long line, not to mention a poor ride when we finally got a turn. For my family of 3 we paid $150 (and drove an hour each way to go) and only were able to go down 5 times in the 2 hour time slot. All of the parents there were very upset. After I got home, I sent an email requesting a refund to Vail/Snow Creek. After being routed 3 times to a different email/contact, I was denied a refund request.
If you are planning to tube at Snow Creek, I highly recommend not purchasing tickets in advance and calling ahead because it's clear they will not cancel or offer refunds if they have not staffed appropriately to groom the lanes. And they do not make it right with customer service. Snow Creek used to be a fantastic local ski hill but it appears Vail is dead set on running this place into the ground.
