Never book with Skywings Travels, worst travel agency

点评：Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away from Skywings Travels!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience. I booked a Kerala trip with Skywings Travels, and everything was a complete disaster from day one.
1. When we reached Kerala, the driver casually told us that our trip would start the next day. sightseeing planned for that day completely wasted. And of course, there was no adjustment or compensation for the lost time.
2. The next day, instead of covering everything properly, they rushed to travel to another place.
3. Unreachable customer support
4. Booked non ac rooms and hotel executives were asking me to make payment to travel agency because they didn’t pay to the hotel
5. Driver refused to pickup from airport
6. Unprofessional behaviour of trip organiser
7. Cheap and horrible non ac rooms booked in scorching Kerala heat
8. We wanted to modify our itenerary a bit, they kept us hanging. Neither said yes or no.
Pathetic service, pathetic behaviour, pathetic everything. Stay far away from Skywings travels.
