Hill Of Crosses (kryžių Kalnas)的点评
点评：No need to book an expensive tour to the Hill of Crosses if you are ok with public transport.
Seeing the crosses is a must see experience but it will take less than an hour. It wasn't crowded in September with plenty of room to move around.
Starting in Riga we took an Ecoline bus to Siauliai bus station costing about £12 per person (pre-booked) then a local bus to Kryziu Kalnus Hill of Crosses ). You ask at the bus station and they will tell you the bus and the timetable. The bus only goes every hour, you pay the driver and it costs 69 cents! The stop you need is called Domatai which is the 3rd stop and takes about 20 mins. The road to walk down is signposted Kryziu Kalnus and is an easy 2km. You'll know when you've arrived!
Then walk back and catch the bus back from opposite where you got off.
We then went on to Vilnius on the train but just as easy to go back on the coach.
