Unorganized mess

点评：Mad River tubing has really gone downhill since the last time we were there. Very unorganized kids running the tubing part. We had tickets from 10-12 last Saturday. We get there at 9:45 and nothing is running or setup. It was 10:25 before the line started moving. We paid for a two hour timeframe and that’s we should get. Everyone should be at their places by and ready for people to start moving up the belt. Lots of families were disappointed.
Food was horrible. Frozen fast food for expensive.
Trash cans were all over flowing. We saw a lady take a picture of them and was very discussed. The parking lot had trash and lost clothing items all over the place.
The fire ring was not lit after multiple people, including us asked about it. The girl at the tubes just shrugged her shoulders about it.
If we had not bought tickets in advance, we would have never got out of our vehicle. Our kids even noticed the trash everywhere.
