SLALEY HALL HOTEL SPA IN NORTHUMBERLAND的点评
点评：We visited this hotel for my wife's Birthday, the setting is lovely, however fix the potholes leading up to your hotel!
I ordered, prior to arrival, a bouquet of flowers, roses and a bottle of champagne.
The day before the gifts should have arrived, I was called by the reception team to say" champagne will be there tomorrow, and we will try to organise the flowers" I agreed to this.
The day arrived and no champagne and no flowers.
The next day, upon our departure I explained to reception the problem, they refused to believe me, saying the £100.00 needed to stay on my credit card until they've investigated.
Ergo, I wrote to the chains management l, let's call him Chris, who agreed that the service we had was less than ideal. He then came up with an offer for us on a future stay, which I agreed to. I have now asked on numerous occasions how we can redeem this offer..... guess what no response. So avoid this hotel, like the plague, it is run by young people that haven't a clue. There are much better hotels.... trust me. Brian
