Would not refund Girl Scout Troop for over charges that occured during online booking.

点评：This is a buyer beware if you plan on doing group reservations and I copied the Better Business Bureau complaints that my daughter's Girl Scout Leader made. This, unfortunately, is the 2nd year in a row that her leader tried to book online and didn't get the refund owed them. The previous year, they got most of the money back, but this year, a lot of it is still owed to them. The Resort Representative claims that BBB said not to speak with us, and BBB claims that they do not advise Businesses to handle complaints in that way as they are non-profit. As of July 9, 2024, this complaint still remains unanswered.
