Terrible Ownership/Management - No integrity or honesty....just after your $$$$

点评：Drove all the way from Atlanta to ski here today on what should have been a great experience on a bluebird day with the best conditions of the year in NC. Upon arrival, we were told the lift was frozen - inoperable due to the extreme cold - and they would open up at noon....are you kidding me? At this time, snowmaking was in full swing all over the mountain but as noon approached, there was no sign of the snowmaking being put on hold so grooming could take place (machine snow is like glue and is un-skiable until groomed). Noon comes and goes and finally management comes out to tell a lodge (a very small base facility - more on that later) full of furious skiers that they don't know when the hill will open. Fast forward to the summary - ownership/management here gave a big FU to everyone there in deference to making snow for the weekend. No honesty, no integrity and NO refunds....go anywhere else. You can keep my effing credit.
Bonus, available parking was about 40% full and already the over-hyped base facility was crowded.....good luck when the parking lot is full.
