点评：Incredibly rude staff. His name as McD and he works in sales. Anyway it was a snow day so you'd think it would be a great day on the mountain, but no. Not at Saddleback, because they only have 2 lifts which ALWAYS close when it's windy which is practically every powder day. So anyway, because it is windy and the mountain that morning is CLOSED (though they always say they may open and I'm desperate to not have to spend yet another night in Rangely where there is no service and nothing else to do) I stupidly decide to wait it out. I then have to use the bathroom, so rather than brave the winds for the quarter mile I'd have to walk from the actual parking lot I park in one of the many employee spots near the door to the lodge which is empty because the place is CLOSED and it was still stupid early in the morning because (another thing I didn't know) Saddleback doesn't even open (if and when they do open) until 10-11am! Needless to say there were plenty of spots as NOBODY WAS THERE. Nobody but McD, who still gave me a thorough run down at the door, and treated me in the most contemptuous way it was honestly shocking and just SO ENTIRELY UNNECESSARY given I was just going to use the bathroom for a few minutes at a closed resort. Anyway, after all that, the resort never opened. It rarely does, and this has happened to me several years in a row. Four years with an Indy pass, and never a good day at Saddleback. Don't waste your time, but if you do go, say hi to McD in sales and marketing.
