点评:I would never bring a neurodiverse child here for lessons. And never have Lizzie as an instructor. I paid almost $200 for lessons and never in my life have I been treated so badly for the fact my daughter has ADHD. . I was at another mountain 2 weeks ago and my daughter had an amazing time. At Wachusett, the ski instructor running the kids lessons immediately tried to turn me away when my daughter started to get nervous about was going to happen telling me that for beginner lessons ‘if she can’t keep up we can’t have her.’ Later when the ski instructor named Lizzie turned my daughter back she told me she didn’t think Wachusett was a place for her because it had been hard to keep her focused on skiing for 2.5 hours. She told me she didn’t recommend her coming back and she would have ‘had to give her back’ instead of give her a lesson but this time she was able manage as there were not other kids. Her complaint was she tried to build snowman and asked a lot of questions. She told me she was good at skiing but because she couldn’t focus as well she should not have been included in lessons. My kid is 9. Not sure what deep dedication a new skier is supposed to have.
