点评：My sister and I did tandem skydiving here - our first time skydiving! From start to finish, this place gave us so much confidence! The reservation process was simple - follow up communication was timely and clear. The parking at the location is plentiful - good signage. We were greeted by very friendly staff. It's the little things sometimes - she turned the display on the scale so that no one would see my weight - offered us the chance to use their gloves - cared about what size goggles we would use. The video you see in advance is informative and clear. For me, this was a 'facing my fear' situation. I was paired with Mike - and he was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything to me every step of the way. He was patient and informative - his advanced skydiver status did not negate his ability to remember what it's like for someone just starting out. He was friendly and professional. I had a lot of confidence in him as we approached the plane. We had a female pilot who was super friendly as well. Throughout our climb in elevation, Mike told me what altitude we were at, pointed out lakes in the distance, spoke of different things to expect on the way down. At 13,000' they opened the door and I really appreciated the fact that Mike got us to the doorway - and there was not much time to hesitate or balk - out we went. I really thought that helped me a lot. No time to overthink or back out. Before I knew it we did a couple somersaults and then freefall for a while before the parachute was deployed. The rest of the way down was superb - Mike continued to point things out and educate me. It was an amazing experience. Mike really is great with first time skydivers! My sister was paired with Kye - who was also friendly, professional and great. She enjoyed her experience as well. These people really care about your safety first and foremost - and having fun! I never thought I'd say it - but I would really do another jump in the future - but only at this place!
