点评：My husband recently purchased 4 tickets for snow tubing at Campgaw, only to discover—after receiving the confirmation email—that there’s a 48-inch height requirement to ride. This important disclaimer was not easily visible during the purchase process. Within 10 minutes of realizing this, I called to request a full refund. I spoke with a supervisor named Chanie and a manager named Gabby, who both refused to issue a full refund. They only agreed to refund two tickets and offered a mere $10 off the remaining tickets.
It’s incredibly disappointing that this company would prioritize keeping $20 over providing good customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience has completely soured my opinion of Campgaw, and I will not support them in the future. I urge others to think twice before booking with them.
