点评：Adventure Center refused to issue raincheck for zip line due to inclement weather. We weren't requesting a refund, just a raincheck due to cold, heavy rain and wind. We were not traveling with rain gear and our 9 year old would not have faired well in cold, wet conditions. They indicated since it was not lightening, the zip tour would continue and we would not be eligible for a rain check. We were amazed they were continuing the tour, we would have been drenched and freezing. Also we had concern for safety as a quick google and it seems ziplining in rain can cause extra risk in slippery platforms and excess speed. The rain that day was not light or moderate - it down poured. It was not fair or safe to suggest we continue the tour in those conditions.
We were not asking for a refund, just a rain check so we could enjoy the facility on a better day.
In the end we are out $200, and feel had.
The most important lesson is that if they are putting profits over customer service, they may also be putting profits over SAFETY.
Buyer beware.
