Lift Lines Worst Than Disney World at Christmas!

点评：Insanely crowded - lift lines worse than Disney World during school vacation week! No rhyme or reason. There was a huge mass of about 400-500 people at the base of the hill dangerously crowding the skiers coming down waiting at the lifts in no organized way. So. Bleeping. Dangerous. We saw some snowboarders plowing into the crowd intentionally thinking it was funny like bowling. And heard them laughing about it in line “dude did you see them scatter?!”
We went on a Sunday morning and at 8:30am there were already long lines cued up for 9am opening. By 10:30 am the rental line was 2 hours long and stretched around the building outside and lift lines were 30 min wait even at the bunny hills. By 1-2pm the lift lines were 60 minutes long. We didn’t even get to ski most of the intermediate hills bc the wait was probably close to an hour and we didn’t know where the line started. My kids took one look and said they wanted to leave. My daughter had fun playing with other kids sliding down the side of the hill on her bum with a bunch of other kids who should have been skiing but didn’t want to wait for an hour in line.
It’s a nice mountain with decent trails but the crowd control is ridiculous. Three of us paid $400 for lift tickets and rentals for maybe 5 runs in 6 hours. Posted photos. Never again on a weekend.
