Great Park, Do the Wagon Ride

点评：If you're in Parkersburg this is a must. I recommend buying the package ticket at the museum, which includes the museum, sternwheeler ride, wagon ride and mansion tour. The sternwheeler leaves from point park and is a short walk from the museum. The ride is very enjoyable and takes about 20 minutes. The boat leaves from the park on the hour and leaves from the island on the half hour. We did the wagon ride as soon as we got to the island, this was the best part for me. Bill and Buck were our horses and it was a great little tour around the island. Once back we went on the mansion tour. It was interesting and our tour guide was good and informative. It took us from 11-1:30 to tour the mansion, park and wagon ride, we could have probably spent another hour exploring if we wanted but needed to get back, so 3-4 hours should be allowed to see everything. The park is also dog friendly.
