点评：Slightly 'Fawlty Towers' vibe in the shop on the day - the owner making herself known and bossing team members around which was embarrassing for all in the vicinity except the owner herself!
Bought - and paid for - a rug which was to be delivered the following week. It wasn't - when I phoned to enquire about it was told it had 'gone missing' in the warehouse and then miraculously found during my phone call! To be fair it then arrived shortly afterwards however it was damaged. Again I contacted them and was ignored repeatedly - finally offered to return it and they'd make another - waited for further updates which never ever came!! I tried to message and phone repeatedly but to no avail...
I like my rug - damaged though it is - but would have loved it if it was not damaged and I had been treated appropriately as a paying customer. The end result is that I will never shop at Anta again nor would I recommend anyone else do so unless they want to be hugely disappointed.
