A Truly Genuine Experience – 5 Stars All Around!

点评：If you’re heading to Costa Rica and looking for a service that truly lives up to its name, Genuine Costa Rica is it! From start to finish, my experience with them was seamless, soulful, and unforgettable.
What really stood out to me is that they’re a family owned company and you can feel the love and care in everything they do. Every moment was handled with such thoughtfulness, punctuality, and professionalism. They were always on time, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed, cared for, and totally at ease. You can tell they’re deeply connected to the land and culture, which made our trip even more meaningful.
As someone who loves to be organized but also flow with the moment, I was able to relax knowing we were in good hands. The service was affordable, reliable, and full of heart. My whole group enjoyed every bit of it and personally, I already know: anytime I return to Costa Rica (which I definitely will), Genuine Costa Rica will be my go-to.
I will be recommending them to anyone I cross paths with who’s planning a trip to CR. Whether you’re going solo, with family, or in a group, they can truly service the whole community with care and joy.
