Six Flags New England的点评
点评：I purchased day passes, Flash Passes, Premium All-Day Dining Plans, Hurricane Harbor tickets, and parking for myself and my two children. We had been planning this trip for over a year and spent more than $400 because I wanted to give my kids the best possible experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the exact opposite.
The problems started at our very first ride when our Flash Pass did not work. We went looking for Guest Services, but the office was closed. I asked multiple employees for help, but most of them did not even know where to send us. When we returned to the ride, the Flash Pass still did not work, but thankfully they allowed us to enter anyway.
After that, we stopped to get water. My daughter's wristband was scanned, but they had no water available. We walked to another kiosk, where we were told the wristband had "just been used" and that we needed to wait 15 minutes.
We tried another ride, and once again the Flash Pass would not work. We went back to Guest Services, which was still closed, and were sent to another location. Eventually, a staff member helped us fix the issue, but by then we had already wasted a significant amount of time walking around the park trying to solve problems that should never have happened. It was extremely hot, and the experience became exhausting. To make matters worse, the park and restrooms were dirty and unpleasant.
At that point, we were already very disappointed and decided to leave.
To make matters even worse, we had also purchased tickets for Hurricane Harbor. When we got there, the lines were unbelievably long, and we learned that the Flash Pass does not work for the water park entrance. After spending most of our day dealing with wristband and Flash Pass issues, waiting in lines, and walking around trying to find help, we simply could not face standing in that enormous line as well. In the end, we never got to enjoy Hurricane Harbor at all. After spending over $400, our entire day consisted of only two rides.
Before leaving, we stopped to get food. Once again, my daughter's wristband did not work. The system kept saying that it had "just been used." The employees called a manager, and it became very embarrassing, especially because my daughter struggles with anxiety.
The staff repeatedly insisted that we had already used the dining plan, but we had not purchased any food at all. We were basically treated as if we were trying to do something wrong. Eventually, the manager said loudly, "You can go, the food is on me." That was humiliating because we were not asking for free food. We had already paid for it.
By the end of the day, my daughter was crying, embarrassed, and upset. I was frustrated and heartbroken that a trip we had planned for so long had turned into such a negative experience.
For many families, a visit like this is not something we can do whenever we want. I save money, plan ahead, and look forward to it for months, just like people plan a vacation. This was supposed to be my children's big summer memory, and instead it was a complete disappointment.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Sadly, after this experience, I will never return.
