点评：We had the pleasure of doing the Tamdu Residency at Rosebank today guided by Ernst and Kurt. We were greeted at the door by the boys at the front counter who remembered us from a previous tour - which immediately made us feel comfortable in such an inviting place. We then met Ernst and Kurt who guided us on a circumstantial private tour of the distillery giving us a real technical insight into the process both at Rosebank and Tamdu. The two gents were very receptive to our many questions and gave us many interesting points from two people who clearly have a wealth of experience in the industry. The tour included a unique perspective on the washbacks, stills and cask warehouse. We were then taken into our private tasting room where we sampled many different Tamdu whiskies from various different casks before blending our own unique creation which we bottled and sealed. A huge thanks to both Ernst and Kurt who handed all our many questions with kindness and keen insight, they truly did make this experience unforgettable! Also to the entire team at Rosebank, as locals we are greatly appreciative of such a world class visitor establishment in our local area - we will certainly haste ye back!!
