I was charged $162 for a couples massage and put a tip of $28 to round up to $190. Both ladies surprisingly were offended by this tip and asked me to tip more! I think she wanted a $40 tip but their English is bad. Either way, after they made a scene and tried to hide the receipt so I couldn’t change my tip to $0, the owner came out and handed me the receipt. I obviously changed it to $0.
People have had the same experiences and received the same service. The owner replied they were going to talk with their employees. Clearly they didn’t or the owner is just giving lip service.
I’m actually flabbergasted at this. We thought we found our new spot since we get massages a few times a month and are always on the lookout for new experiences. Definitely ruined my experience and will never go back!
The massages were okay though…hence the 2 stars…they kept talking and leaving the room which was weird.
