点评:Perfect intro to the Boquete, Panama terrain. We drove and parked in one the park’s lots. Upon entering the park there immediately options: begin on grass in an open meadow. Or choose from countless paved paths that lead you next to the Caldera river, around trees and ponds. We chose to be next to the river. That path is slightly elevated from the rest of the park but very accessible. My son was super excited to see leaf cutter ants galore carrying their vegetation loot. We walked the lengths of the paved river trail and we super excited to cross a little bridge over the river and then we continued on gravel path next to the river but this time there are spot where you can just stick a finger in the river to feel the briskness of water. During our 3 hrs at the Parque Biblioteca, we saw: many butterflies, moths, beetles, caterpillars, ants, bees, birds, turtles, ducks and fish.
The paths are well organized and clean. There quite a few trees that have been vandalized with carved initials. Periodically, some rubbish can be found next to the paths or just left randomly.
So glad we went to this park. Will be back.

很高兴我们去了这个公园。以后还会再来的。
