Bliss in Raja Ampat and efficient service

点评：The luzo team makes you feel like a king. All staff are very courteous, but funny and outgoing. Indonesian are very practical and understanding people. The service was efficient and whenever challenges were encountered (e.g we experienced cancellation of public ferry service) they always provided solutions. The Villa is bliss! , though of course it understandably comes at a price (still relatively cheaper than other of its kind elswhere) . One can just stay there and make short to moderate day trips from there. We opted to be mire adventurous and travelled further north. The location between mangroves, the food, the comfort, the design....everything is set for a comfy and relaxed holiday. The management has a lot of contacts and of course that helps. You can practically negotiate a tailor made holiday according to your needs.
We were provided with an English speaking guide as requested. We managed to communicate, though at some point we struggled to be understood and to understand the communication.
