点评：Magnificent museum in the heart of Perth. Free entry, but donations encouraged. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. Exhibits range from history, art, culture, anthropology, to biology. All displayed beautifully and accessibly. An impressive and well-balanced mix.
On my visit the legendary Stone of Scone (the Stone of Destiny) over which many a Scottish and English coronation has taken place. The item itself is quite prosaic but weighs heavy in both earth's gravity and history. A sight worth seeing. A massive point I'd like to add is whoever created the Stone exhibition is a genius of communication and aesthetics. The 3-D moodily animated story projected on the walls was perfectly pitched and the silhouette style was a work of magic. In my opinion, it was perfect for this exhibition (and many others no doubt). My heartiest congratulations and respect to the artistic team behind this. You have some serious talent. What you created was a thing of beauty. Very impressed.
