Gatwick Airport Special Assistance的点评
点评：Special assistance with a cherry 🍒 on the top.
When you arrive at Gatwick south there's a Special assistance office on the right hand side of departure drop off area.We handed over passport and waited not long for someone to take me a 56 year old woman with spine pain and walking difficulties who walks with a stick.If you use this office you don't have to walk all the way to check in. We were collected and taken to check in for our luggage.We were taken through security quickly by passing the crowds.Then taken to area ready to be taken to gate when needed.We were priority boarded the first on the plane which takes a lot of stress off of you.
On arrival in punta cana wheelchairs were all ready for our arrival.
On our return it all went smoothly taken from plane to baggage pick up to find hubby with suitcases.Only then did I have to walk outside but there is a travellater
Ive always had a good experience with Special assistance.The staff are lovely. I was upset to see a pregnant lady on crutches in a wheelchair and her partner being very rude and obnoxious to a Special assistance guy who was doing his job .He was keeping his cool while the two were swearing black and blue.
There's no need for it.
Won't hesitate to use again as I have for many years now.
