点评:Not the first time we visited, although this was our first time having the excursion in English, due to having a english speaker with us. It was raining in the morning but once we reached the castle (it is not an easy climb from the village, get ready to get a little winded) it cleared out. What I always admired in this castle are the guides. This time was not an exception. Mr. Tadeas is a very enthusiastic history lover, a well full of not only historical but mythological facts. He guided the whole tour with smiles and little history jokes and even small trivia games for his guests. He truly is a gem amongst guides. The 55mij flew by and we were sorry to leave him. Before we parted he guided us to parts of the castle which are not part of the tour however they are free to visit on the premises. Do not miss the “wine cellar”. It is located near the restroom and houses a small theatre where you can watch a little movie about the history of the castle, which is told from the point of the castle talking to its gatekeeper. A beautiful story. We booked the tour and bought the tickets online however you can buy on the spot as well
