Very pleased with past visits but not this time

点评：What a jewel for central Alabama but unfortunately the owners have gotten greedy. Imagine one adult and two students costing $120.00 just for the cave tour.
I try and take guest when visiting and the tour is usually very nice and informative. This time the tour was MUCH shorter and the tour guide was robotic throughout. It was a canned speech that the guide became frustrated when he forgot the next sentence. The laser light show ends almost as soon as it begins. What could end on a positive note left everyone wondering what happened.
And then to make matters worse the 5x7 souvenir photo cost $12. PLUS TAX. And no souvenir sleeve to put it in. The girls working the counter were unfriendly and had difficulty counting change.
To say this was a bad experience was an understatement. Please consider lowering your prices, training better employees and providing a tour that is memorable with a dynamic laser light show. Unless you improve I will no longer bring my guests.
