Amazing afternoon

点评：We went as a birthday treat for my friend. Upon arrival we were greeted by all the staff as we passed them, booked in and drinks order taken. Whilst waiting for our guide another gentleman chatted to us and made us feel welcome. We were offered for the food we brought to be cut for us to make it last longer. We spent 30 minutes with the cows and were supported by Karl, we learned not only about highland cows but about the ones there, who knew cows could run 38mph. Whilst brushing and learning about the cows Karl took some great photos of us with my phone. We did not feel rushed and Karl kept us entertained with facts and stories of his experience with the Alfie the cow we were with. We headed up for tea, everything looked lovely and well put together with personal touches, and tasted great, we were adequately fed. It was a lovely pod and could see all the cows from where we were, again we were not rushed and had time to enjoy our food. We visited the shop and got a few little bits. If you are visiting check out the candles, they smell amazing. All the team thanked us and said goodbye. We felt very welcomed, the cows looked in great condition and we learnt more than we knew going in. We would definitely visit again.
