A Clever Ride but a Very Long Queue

点评：My wife and I rode the Ratatouille ride at EPCOT recently. The ride is toward the back of the French Pavilion in the World Showcase. The ride is very well-themed; it carries out the rat motif of Ratatouille well. Like with the film itself, the drawback is that rats are not easy to feel connection with. It is much harder to imagine myself as a rat than to imagine myself as an astronaut, space traveler, etc. Having said that, the ride is quite well-carried out. It is 4D which means you wear 3D glasses on the ride and that there are other interactive elements on the attraction. The ride cars look like little rat mobiles. They are computer controlled and travel along the floor in conjunction with various visuals. While we were waiting in the queue the ride broke down twice and that did extend the wait time.
My biggest complaint is the wait for this ride. The queue was usually over an hour and most of the day it was 100 minutes. I would not wait 100 minutes to ride this. It is an enjoyable ride, but it is not worth a significantly long wait.
