Epcot International Flower And Garden Festival的点评
点评：The Epcot Flower & Garden Festival runs every Spring. I went for my first time with a friend and it was exciting to see the flower displays and special events. Most importantly, the festival complimented the normal foods and drinks from all over the globe that have made Epcot so famous. From the Refreshment Port, just outside the Canada pavilion, I got the Provence Poutine, which was herbes de provence seasoned french fries, goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquet, and fresh lavender. The portion was plentiful and the sweet honey mixed with the savory big chunks of goat brie was the perfect combination. The fresh lavender topped it all off. In the Morocco pavilion at the Tangierine Cafe: Flavors Of The Medina I tried the flight of three hard ciders, that included pear honeysuckle, tropical mango, and pomegranate. They were all delicious and so refreshing. In the American Adventure pavilion at the Magnolia Terrace I tried the muffuletta that consisted of ham, salami, mortadella, provolone and Swiss cheeses, and olive salad. The thick bread of the sandwich had a lot of seasonings baked on top but the bread itself was much more thick than the sandwich. The olive spread was basically just chopped up green olives. Finally, in CommuniCore Hall, at the Summer Solstice station, I got the heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, with shallot vinaigrette, sourdough croutons, pesto, micro basil, and balsamic pearls. It was refreshing, tangy, and scrumptious. Overall, the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival was a fantastic introduction to Epcot and I would absolutely go again.
