点评：My husband and I chose Fattoria del Borgo as a stop over on our drive to Le Marche from the Rome airport. It was the perfect choice. The location is stunning with breathtaking views over the valley and to the hilltop towns in the distance. We were fresh off a long flight, tired and hungry. As we arrived well before dinner, the staff set a table outside with a lovely spread of local cheese, salumi, and a glass of delicious local white wine. Vacation commenced! We had a dip in the pool and a nap on the sun loungers.
Later on,a delicious dinner and a bottle of a really beautiful red wine was the perfect way to end the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept with the window open and woke up rested and refreshed. We enjoyed our stay so much we reserved the same room for a stop on the way back home. Thanks so much to all the kind people at Fattoria del Borgo in Sabina!
