Wonderful with the potential to be Amazing

点评：Generally the place is amazing , very clean, the staff were great especially the restaurant team.
Pool and Spa facilities were great although a public pool feelings . They advertise childrens swim time separately but there were lots of children of all ages in the pool outside of these times also. the area around the pool is very slippery ( its worse in your spa slippers so go bare foot)
I think with a little extras added in the rooms like hooks for your coats, shower mat and a tray for the tea tray to rest the dirty spoon just the little things that make a difference. We had to ask for robes for the spa a couple of times but got them eventually.
The spa treatments are wonderful and the girls are so professional, great experience.
I was there for a yoga retreat Radiant Spirit Yoga in Hollywell used this as a venue . I had a great time. I would recommend
