Really Enjoyed our Ride

点评：In taking our first trip to Los Cabos, my wife and I wanted to do a couple of excursions to see the area. My wife, having been raised with horses, wanted to do some riding, with a preference for going to the beach and riding near sunset. While she is experienced, I am more of a novice, and it had been many years since I last rode. After doing some research about riding in the area, we chose Rancho Animas. It was a great decision for us.
We reached out to the rancho via email, and we were promptly replied to by Erika. She handled any questions we had, explanations were clear, and we ultimately booked our ride over the phone. We chose a two-hour sunset ride, though I did have some concerns that my knees wouldn't be happy going that long. Turns out, I did do the two hours, but things were set up for me to cut the ride short if I needed to. Very accommodating.
The main guide was Lencho. All I can say is what a great guy. He is very friendly, professional, and he made the ride very, very enjoyable. His son was also a guide, and we had two others as well. Having this many allowed my wife and another experienced rider the chances to run the horses while I and another rider just held back. Again, very accommodating.
The one thing we found neat about the experience was we were provided with video and photos following our ride. We didn't have to buy them, as they were sent to us when we were done. What a great way to have this trip memorialized for us.
I'm not as big of a rider as my wife, but we'd do this again without question. They met her needs and desires, and they made sure I had a good ride as well. Hopefully, we'll get back.
