Overpriced and poorly staffed.

点评：Such a shame the majority of the staff are rude and clearly do not enjoy their jobs.
The staff at the water boat station were rude and ridiculously whistle happy. They should explain rules to families before using floats/boats rather than screaming and banning kids from using them when the rules were not explained in the first place.
We ordered drinks to our bed thinking this would be great, 35 minutes to bring three small soft drinks the smoothie ordered was not in stock so they asked us to change it 25 minutes later still no drink I went to the bar, I was ‘shooed away’ told I hadn’t ordered and to prove it. I’m 17 weeks pregnant it was hugely disrespectful the way I was spoken to. Eventually I got my drink no apology (1hour 15 minutes later) .
Food we had great service but again we were given bread we hadn’t asked for and charge €18. We asked for one large water we were given 8 small bottles and charged €24. The outside restaurant area was swarming with wasps.
All the pool areas close at 7:30pm.
The toilets were filthy and no toilet rolls in from 2pm.
The concept could be amazing but extremely poorly staffed everyone we dealt with except one man were miserable.
Disappointed and won’t be using again.
