Such a disappointment. Yet again ripping off and treating tourists badly

点评：Started off a lovely night. Ruined by several things.
Came here with my family this week. The venue is a big wow moment with the water so close to you and the lighting but that’s where it stopped. Immediately the server (an older gentleman) was out to make as much out of me as possible. The first few things I wanted to order he said no they don’t have it then took me straight to the most expensive steaks on the menu and wouldn’t leave it alone! I opted for a mixed grill to shut him up. It was very dry and salty. Same for drinks I just wanted soft drinks for the family as we don’t drink alcohol. I was being pressured to order fruity cocktails for 5x the price. The food was very average as best. Worst bits came from the dessert onwards! Ordered some cheesecakes and both were frozen. One was warm on a warm plate and the other frozen solid. I asked for another one and another half hot half frozen one came. I assume this was put in the microwave. Disgusting and dangerous considering the bacteria that can form from this type of defrosting. I left it uneaten. Came to getting the bill and no apology for the desserts just that he took one of them off the bill. The server then proceeded to manually add a tip on without asking me. This was whilst the card machine was in his hands and he showed me how much he was adding! I wasn’t going to leave one after the rubbish food. I found him to be an absolute disgrace trying to take every penny he can from us. About 3 minutes after the bill was paid. A female server arrived with two others and they stood close to our table making it very awkward and we had to leave. Don’t go here there are loads more restaurants around it so do some research and don’t get caught out like we did.
