We were guided through the farm by Yiannis, the passionate owner whose love for traditional Santorini farming shines through every moment. His dedication to preserving the island’s farm‑to‑table culture is inspiring. He even gifted my husband seeds so we can plant our own delicious Santorini tomatoes when we return home.
After the tour, we enjoyed warm hospitality and an incredible tasting straight from the farm. My 13‑year‑old son ate everything in sight—white eggplant, fava, tomatoes, caper leaves, fresh olive oil—every bite bursting with flavor. We also tried raki, a homemade drink that captures the spirit of the island perfectly.
All I can say is wow. This little farm is a true taste of paradise.
