Outstanding course with breathtaking views

点评：I have been fortunate enough to play this fantastic course on several occasions now and still thoroughly enjoy the outstanding layout and challenge that it poses. The course was in excellent condition and getting ready for the arrival of the DP world tour in December as the course is hosting the Mauritian Open for the second time.
Do not be put off by the rumours going around about the course being too difficult and your pro v1’s being devoured by the rough….It is a very good test but the course does become easier the more times that you play it and form a better knowledge of the terrain. It is a course that you have to respect and sometimes play for position and not always go directly for the greens which can be firm and tricky to hold. The wind however will be a challenge although we were lucky on a couple of occasions when it was just a one club breeze.
The staff do a fantastic job of making sure everything runs smoothly from the starter to the halfway house to the shop assistants doing the tee bookings. On arrival your clubs will be on a buggy ready to go, cleaned for you when you finish and then stored ready for your next round.
You can have lunch at the clubhouse afterwards depending on what package you have booked at the hotel. They have an excellent menu and we enjoyed a couple of lunches after our game in the wonderful setting of the clubhouse where we received exemplary service from Trilish and the other members of staff.
