点评：There are a number of lovely boat trips located in Symi, but for a small family celebration we wanted a private trip...a day just for us. We couldn't have chosen anything better when we decided upon The Aegean Star. From the first contact when making and finalising our arrangements through to the day itself, Nikitas and Maria, the truly lovely young couple who run this operation were just fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The Aegean Star is a fabulous little vessel....comfortable and as clean as a whistle. We departed Symi harbour on time and as soon as we were out into open water, Maria served us our delicious breakfast...fruit, spreads, ham and cheese, alongside toastie bread and blinis. Fresh fruit juices, frapee, water...everything we needed and plenty of it. Nikitas took us to various stunning locations where he dropped anchor and allowed us our own time and opportunity for swimming and snorkelling in the most beautiful water. Floatation tubes, a belly board and a paddle board were also provided. Getting in and out of the water was easy as there's a good, angled stepladder. Lunch was exceptionally delicious and consisted of barbecued meats, salads, sauces, dips, stuffed baked red peppers, a cheesy dauphinoise, pastitsio, and a celebratory dessert, and again, plenty of it. An unlimited supply of beverages.....wine, beer, soft drinks and water were also provided for lunch and throughout the day. Our day was just simply magical. We couldn't fault it. Many happy family memories were made for us thanks to Maria and Nikitas. We were a mixed group ranging from 7 years old through to late 60's and as a family, it was more than ideal. We would definitely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this trip.
