Perfect location, great pool and facilities – don't let the negative reviews put you off!

点评：I had to write a review as the poor reviews certainly gave us the wrong impression before we went. This place is really lovely – the view is sensational (the person who said the view was 'meh' must have had their eyes closed!), the staff were helpful and welcoming, the facilities were super clean and finished beautifully, and the pool is perfect. It is true work is still going on (July 2024) on other pool areas but it is well hidden and not intrusive at all.
When we visited all the beds were taken (we booked ahead) but it did not feel crowded at all, the pool is spacious and in a perfect position and the kids pool is great for any child under 12, I'd say. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food, but the seating area is right on the Lake front and really lovely, the pool bar is nice too, good service. The beds are super comfortable and shaded, if you need them to be, and having access to swim in the lake was a bonus.
It's not cheap, but it's worth it for the day – just take something to put on your feet because the ground and sand was very hot in high season!
