Not a luxury spa !
Lukacs Thermal Bath and Swimming Pool的点评
点评：Dreadful !
We booked through a travel app and was sold this as a luxury day spa. It is attached to a hospital and is a rehabilitation center for mainly the elderly.
The staff were rude and sent us up to floor 2 (which is the hospital wing)
After gathering our bearings and working things out ourselves we went to the thermal pool which was ok but walking past the inside pools it stunk of sewerage.
Locals were looking at us as if we should not be there and tutting .
We then went up to the sun terrace and got shouted at for being too loud when we were having a regular conversation.
We were not made to feel welcome at all and left after one hour.
I very rarely publish a negative review as I love to celebrate the positive but this was definitely mid sold and we deliberately chose this spa as it was adults only and away from the hustle and bustle . Big mistake !!!
We have complained to the tour company and within a couple of minutes they agreed a full refund which i am happy about but they put up no fight . They know this is not a luxury day spa .
This should not be sold as a tourist attraction as the locals do not want tourists there and tourists never want to feel uncomfortable and unwanted so best to just avoid for all parties involved .
