点评：3.5 = good. First - the cars. It's a pretty good collection, mostly done to a high standard, though unfortunately roped off such that your views and shots are often limited to a head/side presentation with limited chance to view interiors. Some space given over to more recent exotics - high dollar but not that interesting (to me). About 25% of the floor was vacant in preparation for an event - perhaps more would otherwise be on view - apparently the vehicle display was once much larger before they reconfigured the second floor. The Western museum which now occupies that space was somewhat interesting and there is a large diorama / landscape model of Custer's last stand which is sweeping in scale and story; the rest is of the exhibit may be better represented elsewhere in states more closely connected to the action (OKC has the best). This is still pretty good, I just did a lot of the West this summer (MT, WY) and perhaps overdosed. The remainder - ugh. If you like taxidermy, perhaps. The 'zoo' or whatever it was is really for kids, the Asian and African collections are mostly forgettable - not rare, often not old. (Go see the Belz collection in of all places Memphis for Asian art and be astonished) Think of the whole experience as a car museum that reached for another revenue stream - perhaps to its benefit but not necessarily the visitor's. Classic car fans do go - but it's not the destination museum it may once have been.
