Nope - not a fan.. Choose another Beach Club

点评：A beautiful place with staff who want to give good service and are extremely pleasant. However - too many things negative to return any time soon..
Pros: Beautiful property.. lovely view of the beach and ocean; friendly staff
Cons: Almost everything else... I'll try to limit this to the worst things for me anyway..
1) Unheated pools in winter? Really? A place like this not to have a comfortable swimming pool to go into for 4 months of the year is shameful. Can't afford to buy a heating system or the electricity to run it just a few months of the year? Charge a few pesos extra for entry. The place was not busy at all during Carnival week, and no one was in the pool for most of the 5 hours we were there. When someone was in it, it was one person. I went in up to my thighs only just to get some sun - and I LOVE a cool pool.
#2) SLOW service despite being mostly empty. Our server was beyond sweet and acted helpful.. but forgot things and he took forever. The food itself was just okay.. not served hot.. barely warm.. Seafood burger smelled very fishy and I couldn't eat it. Fries would have been delicious if they were warmer. Drinks were good in general.
#3) We were lied to. My friend wanted to take a walk on the beach.. the gate to do so was locked. She was told she couldn't have the gate unlocked because it was high tide. Since we have eyes and google, we knew that this was a lie. When she asked to talk to a manager he said that he had instructed his employee to give that lie. The truth was - there was some celebrity on premises doing a video shoot.. and the gate was locked for security reasons. There should have been a sign about this so that we could have chosen whether to stay.. after all, it's a beach club.
So - with all that, this place will not be on my list of places to revist anytime soon.

#3) 我们被骗了。我的朋友想去海滩散步……散步的门是锁着的。她被告知不能开门，因为当时是涨潮期。我们眼睛好，会用谷歌搜索，所以知道这是个谎言。当她要求与经理谈话时，经理说他指示员工撒谎。事实是——有名人在现场拍摄视频……出于安全原因，大门是锁着的。应该有一个关于此事的标志，这样我们就可以选择是否留下……毕竟，这是一家海滩俱乐部。
所以，考虑到所有这些，这个地方不会出现在我近期要再次造访的地方名单上。
