While the overall experience was very positive, there was one unfortunate interaction worth noting.

点评：Everything was great. My son and his friends had an incredible time. However, I do want to bring this to your attention, as it is important for a place of entertainment to instruct staff on the importance of empathy towards tourists whose first language is not English. Two staff members (a young lady and a young man) were laughing while I was placing my order. The music was loud and it was hard to hear well; the guy was speaking very fast… their mocking attitude was very obvious. They both started laughing, looked at each other, and even walked over to the back side to continue laughing. But it was only those two staff members from the CALDWELL COUNTY BBQ . The other restaurant staff and facility staff in general were very kind, empathetic, and communication with them was very easy. I hope those two individuals, specifically, mature in how they treat diversity.
