Disappointed with the sublime serenity spa package. Not worth £95 treatment, it states 30 minutes, you only get 15 minutes!

点评：Lovely spa setting, been before with a superb experience previously. This time we paid £95 this wasnt worth it. Experience sublime serenity with this spa package, designed to transport you to a state of bliss and tranquillity. Indulge in two hours use of our luxurious amenities and a 30 minute treatment that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. (This voucher is available Monday - Thursday) . You dont get this its only 15 minutes, very very disappointed as previous visit the spa couldnt do enough for us.
The new boy on Reception was amazing, great customer service and very professional, shame when we provided feedback and referred onto spa manager due to mum and my treatment cut short, the lady was opposite as she wasnt very sympathetic other than said she will change brochure as should say 25 minutes not 30 minutes, but then said she would tell the girls and could be lack training. This was a surprise 70th birthday gift for my mum and felt this was spoilt and lack of response from manager, it doesnt want me to re-book shame as lovely spa.
The spa lounge was lovely, facilities itself very clean and lovely views, very relaxing.
The lunch booked the staff very professional and service supreme, we enjoyed very much. The food well reccomended.
