点评:Had a wonderful stay at the Ayurveda clinic. Unfortunately, I could spend only 3 days here — it felt more like a sample rehab session! I’d highly recommend planning for at least 10 days or more to truly experience the full benefits of the retreat.
The food was excellent, and a special mention goes to the cook, Savithri, for preparing such delicious and wholesome meals. Doctors Nikila and Sudheer were incredibly friendly and warm — we even had the chance to visit their hospital-cum-home, which added a personal touch to the experience.
The yoga sessions were also great; the trainer maintained a calm, supportive atmosphere without any pressure, making the practice both relaxing and enjoyable.
Massage were good and they did customisation based on our preference.
Overall, it was a rejuvenating and memorable stay — I left feeling refreshed and would definitely love to return for a longer retreat next time.
