Carnon Downs Garden Centre的点评
点评：Went today with wife and 3 daughters. The review is about the cafe but will write up about the garden centre as well.
the garden centre itself is a great place, lots and lots to look at brilliant tropical and marine fish section. Brilliant fishing section with many items to chose from. Clothes plants etc etc
The cafe, I can’t comment on the food this time as we walked out, the cafe was not that busy, there was from what I could see x 4 staff behind the counter and serving tables.
The speed at which the were working was laughable, I hope the managers read this and act as there is no sense of urgency, a poor structure from what I can see regarding taking money and serving customers. The lady was floating around behind the counter oblivious to the large queue forming. The young lad who spent over a minute sorting change out for a customer was the last straw for me..
A suggestion is having one staff taking orders and money so that the elderly can sit down as there were a lot starting to grumble in the queue.
The other staff can complete the order and get it to the tables. There needs to be a system….and that disjointed s**t show is going to cost you money. Well x 5 customers walked out yesterday as you couldn’t serve quick enough.
From memory last time we came in it was the same. Sort it out as the food looks nice.. well the cakes did
